Membership
The membership shall consist of socially conscious and concerned individuals, groups and organizations.
Full Member - Any interested person, group or organization which supports the purpose of the Corporation.
Associate member - Any interested person who supports the purpose of the Corporation but does not have a vote.
(example: paid staff)
- Each full member shall be entitled to one vote on each question arising at any special or general meeting of the members.
- Each member shall sign up as a member at least 30 days prior to the Annual General Meeting.
- Members may resign by cancelling their membership which shall be effective upon written notice of cancellation of membership.
- Members will participate in activities regularly at Our Space Community Centre
